If you would like sheet music for some of my piano compositions, you can download this album (for free, if you want), and you'll get a "zip" file that includes all the recordings plus sheet music for the first three pieces (Quiet Afternoon, Boogie Fandango, and Lament).

The improvisations were recorded informally, some on a Roland digital piano, others on my own piano (a Schafer upright). Some include audience noises, some the squeaks of my piano.

My approach to improvisation sometimes includes elements of discordant experimentation intended to force me to try to wring beauty from the realm of chaos. This is fun for me; I hope it may be for you too.
